Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery cost is calculated based on the distance between your address and our warehouse location.

Normally it will take about 40 minutes for the food/items to get delivered to you based on your current location.
If bad weather or peak period, your order will be more slower.
If you're a member, you can track its progress via My Account.
Refund and Exchange
We are not accepting any refund if our rider has accepted your order. You should receive an order accepted notification from your phone once our rider has accepted your order.
If your order had cancel by Easygroup, will had in charge person contact you and refund to you.

We will refund if duplicate transaction.
